Frequently asked questions

  • We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations, reschedules made within 24 hours from the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full.

    A 10-minute grace period is offered for all appointments. After this time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee of 50% of the service price will apply.

    We understand that unforeseen situations can arise, and in exceptional cases, cancellations may be assessed on an individual basis.

  • Make sure to not use any retinols, exfoliating acids. skin medications or undergo any harsh facial treatments before your appointment if possible - this makes it impossible for us to wax. We usually recommend not using these for at least 3 days before and 3 days after the service.

    If you book a lash lift or a lash tint make sure to take your makeup off before your appointment and do not wear any contact lenses.

    Additionally, you might want to avoid facial spray tan as the wax might take the tan off.

  • The brow tint lasts up to 4 weeks on the hair strands and between 5-10 days on the skin.

    The longevity of the tint and stain might be affected by your skin type (oily skin tends to push the color out faster) and by how dark we go with the color. If you feel like the color disappears too fast, we might have to go deeper in shade to make it last longer.

  • We use wax, tweezers and scissors to shape your brows. The wax is the cleanest, fastest and least painful way to shape the brows. If you are on skin medication or for some reason can not have your brows waxed, we use tweezers.

  • A much as we LOVE your pets, we have a team member that is extremely allergic, so with great sadness, we regret to say that we cannot allow them in our studio. We hope you understand.

  • Yes - however it is worth noting that the result of our Brow Lamination and Lash Lift services might be affected by the hormones during pregnancy - meaning sometimes the effect is stronger and lasts longer, and sometimes it lasts a little shorter.

    We will in each case make sure that you are as happy as possible with the result of the service, regardless of how the hairs react to the chemicals.

  • After waxing - you must avoid all retinoid based products for a minimum of 2 days prior to service. This includes retinol, and all exfoliating serums, BHA, AHA, etc.

    After Brow Sculpt & Tint - We recommend not washing brows with soap or any scrubbing within the first 24 hours.

    After Brow Lamination / Lash Lift - hairs cannot be exposed to water or sweat for 48 hours post service. Avoid all retinoid or exfoliating serums or scrubs for 48 hours post Brow Lamination services.
